30-Day Return Policy

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue

  3. If the item is damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Vyxe will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
